You are greatly exaggerating. There are many more worrisome threats to the bill of rights than the health care bill. What about the "patriot" act. Shouldn't you be more concerned about THAT! If the bill is unconstitutional, and it isn't, don't you think the insurance industry will use their billions to get the courts to overturn it?

Seems you don't know the difference between an investment and insurance. FYI: As of yet no one forces you to have health insurance, maybe you should self insure to avoid getting ripped off in the future.
Yes, it is quite constitutional. As just one of thousands of examples of the government forcing you to buy something and fining you if you don't I'll mention liability insurance; nearly all states require it and fine you if you're caught driving without it! The US Constitution takes precedence over State constitutions so if these laws were unconstitutional, and they are obviously not, they would be challenged in the court and the court would overturn them. Why don't you challenge these laws yourself if you are so convinced they are unconstitutional? There are literally thousands of other examples. Some people have tried not paying the part of their taxes that goes for military expenses. If you do that, the government will not only fine you, but if you persist, they will throw you in jail. I think you have confused a majority rule, representative government -- a republic -- with anarchy. You need to find a country without a government so that you can live as you please without having to pay for anything you don't want to pay for. The U.S. is not the country for you.
That a good example? Nobody forces you to drive and there are alternatives. Driving is not a right but rather a privilege... and it has conditions.
