You broke it down nicely. First thing I did I checked out what they were selling and when I looked at the price tag of that car , I thought nono .

I'd rather sell $18 000 dollar car 20 times, than 2 cars worth $110 000.

Short is "gold" but too bad I went long after the oil spill

 

Looks like the world is indeed a short, but the Perfect World appears to reside in an alternate universe so far

I dont know about everyone else, but I'm going to buy a hotel on Boardwalk & Park Place with my money! If I have any left over, I may just buy Marvin Gardens.
