I do not care about Cohen's word in this case. This continual citing of information from anonymous federal law enforcement people which later turns out to be fabricated information is a continual media problem. Until we see come corroborating written information in the federal indictments of Cohen (there is none currently) then we can only assume that the assertions will turn out to not be true. Obviously it is a crime to lie to Congress and Cohen would be charged with this crime -- with it specified in the indictment if there was any support for it.
As I said yesterday, you and the clowns in dem candidate clown car are proceeding with the assumption that you can put any one of your various losers up as the nominee and win because they can all beat trump. To which I added that Trump circumstances are unpredictable. Not saying I buy into the scenario-of-the-day but - just in general- there are going to be a lot of scenarios to cross over along the way. If you put one of your dildos or dildo-ettes up as the nominee - thinking anyone can do the deed when it comes to beating Trump- while at the same time suggesting that Trump will be in an orange jump suit.......well...then...let's just say you may want to think that through a bit, eh? Again, this is not to agree with the story of the day. Just generically there are lots of scenarios, flaps, and kerfluffles to cross over with Trump. Also with your various loser potential dem nominees.
If you have been paying attention to the past months of the Mueller investigation -- the continual pushing of assertions from "federal sources involved in law enforcement" have been a regular issue in the media reporting. Let's take a look at the media cluster a couple of months ago when they were claiming that an 82 page indictment of Trump existed and would be released in days. At this point unless it is on paper and released to the public -- we can only assume it is the typical media cluster -- most of the assertions turn out to be untrue and a number of them show up later as correct in court filings. Basically the media is in the entertainment and speculation business not the news reporting business.
Blah blah blah. Trump may outrun the landslide and then again he may not. But eventually all of this will have to be cleaned up and squared away. We are not dealing with some bullshit allegations of espionage, Trump is in the thick of it — for real. He’s already unnamed in Cohens indictment as committing a crime. That’s waiting for him. Then we still need to see what’s what with obstruction, conspiracy and now suborning. Interesting defense in that everyone around Trump was committing crimes in relation to his getting installed as president but he was not involved and had no idea of the crimes.

Basically the media is in the entertainment and speculation business not the news reporting business. Truth. Actual evidence and facts are so boring and it's very difficult to fill a 24/7 cycle with facts. Allegation/speculation, now that's where it's at.
I see. So, your candidate is going to beat Trump but Trump is going to be in an orange jump suit while the nominee? Another idiotic campaign strategy. Expect surprises and to be hospitalized on election night.
