  4. I think Box Wines are the future. They claim much less oxidation and spoiling after opening. It's only a matter of time that bottles are out and the "box" is in :D

  5. Get yourself a nice Reserve Cabernet from Napa Valley. Probably will run you $60+ a bottle but that's what you're looking for it sounds like.

  6. The future (and present) is twist off. Its better technology that wasn't around when corking was introduced. Traditionalists still prefer the cork but studies show that twist off's actually are better for preserving wine, or so they say.

  7. I drank this wine tonight, and is delicious!! For a very good price of $7.99 for the bottle. So I remember this thread very old thread.

    St Supery 2007 Napa Valley Chardonnay

    Excellent...and high alcohol content.
