You ever notice that when swing trading your trading plan you make 2-3 days before the market turn, and 4 days + before the move is the most accurate and best for timing the top/bottom? In daytrading it's totally different... The best trading plan on a 1 minute chart is usually the one you have 4-8 minutes before the top/bottom. Fifteen minute chart... 2-3 candles before the move. Hourly chart... 2-3 candles. I find it best to just write down the proper trades beforehand lately so I remember to execute them properly when the entries arrive. Maybe I can figure out how to get SierraChart to do semi-automation... I have only created full automated trading scripts. Not sure how well the program will work using automated entry and manual exits...
