    agreed but who gets to the build the foundation is critical.

    Things that were part of my education growing up in public schools in new york and Ct have been replaced by what I consider to be pure social engineering bullshit.

    I am by no means an expert on the educational system countrywide. But I do thoroughly go through my daughter’s homework every night. This semester her classes are Calculus, (Math) Clinical writing, (English. Actually it’s called Langue Arts now) Geography: Asia. Biology II. Political Science. (Social Studies) Clinical Psychiatry. And then throw in Coir and Self-Defense for physical education. Out of all of this nowhere are there religious studies, no ID theory, and no evolution theory. In fact through her freshman, sophomore, and into her junior year there has never been mentioned Evolution or creationism. Maybe it’s because this particular school district focuses mainly on college prep that the curriculum seems to be so clinical vs. theoretical.
