The Wave of "Don't Pay The Rent"

I propose two solutions:

"Don't pay the mortgage" & "Don't pay the property taxes"

 

What do you mean? Don't pay at all? It's not very nice to the landlords. Or do you tell about paying only in cash?

 

These issues should be guided by lease terms, bankruptcy laws and negotiations based on the same.

 

Or by the new Trumping it University approach, do whoever you want while firing BS claims in all directions at once screaming both victimhood and balling it at the same time. Blame not paying on quality issues.
