If God created us with a perfect 'good' free will, it would not be a "free will" then...'free will’ is a freedom to choose to do good or evil.

  2. Why would a god create a game like that ? If god has so much power, why make it so difficult for people?

  3. It's important to understand that "the universe" is something the Son of God thinks of himself, doing it against himself. What begins as a curious game, quickly degenerates into chaos, fear, and reactions to feelings. The universe is something the Son gives himself to "be", as a mask, as a masquerade.

Why? There is no reasonable reason, except that it satisfies a curiosity about what it would be like if everything was different. The Son of God is the totality of everything real, so the universe is everything different, unreal, opposite the truth...totalitarian in its own way. So it is an "illusion", or, a self-concept.

The world is one thing: Christ crucified, voluntarily damning himself for no reasonable reason. This is opposite the constant bliss that Christ feels eternally, as created by *Our Father*. The universe offers everything that is not natural about the eternal...as a curious joke upon Self...upon reality itSelf. Because it can never be true or real, it is a "spell" cast upon his mind, which is dispelled by the go-spell.

All within the world are participants in the joke, in the game, in its grim grimoire of black magic. [ie. "in the beginning gOd created the heavens and the earth"] None are separate from the genesis of the joke. All are connected to the confusion that brings chaos to the mind that makes the joke, and makes it seem real. There are many masks...but only one who wears many masks. There is one mask...of many. The many are connected to the mind that reaches beyond GoD [good] to grasp nOt gOd [evil], and greedily keep both as everything plus more than everything.

The mask is an expression of freedom...for fun...for unconscious fantasy. It eventually satisfies a curiosity. Till then, it laughs at all participants, mocking them...mocking the Son of God...by making him into a rediculous parody of *Our Father's* true Creation...Christ. The universe is blasphemy itself, and all who appreciate it must enjoy the sight of Christ crucified.

May as well ask why Houdinin locked himself in dark boxes all chained up.
May as well ask why people look at traffic accidents.

    Christ!

  4. Entertainment value? You'll have to assume He is all-knowing, therefore, all of television programming is the equivalent of repeats insofar as He is concerned. The poor Guy's got to have an outlet somewhere. Come to think of it, that may well have been the origin of the phrase "thinking outside the box." And don't forget that, according to Genesis 1:27, God made man in His image, so that it would be more fun for Him to watch.

  5. Funny joke! The universe is the punchline. Welcome to "reality" TV. Have fun till you get voted off.

  9. Assuming that the creation story in Genesis is true (and it most certainly is not)...

If God made mankind perfect and gave mankind free will, then in the Garden of Eden perfect mankind should have used that free will to do only that which a perfect being would do. That mankind did not use that free will in that way shows that God made mankind not perfect. Since God make an imperfect mankind, then it follows that God is the author of sin, of evil, and of all things, both good and bad, and in between.

If God were an automaker, we would be an Edsel. Time for the "Almighty" to declare Chapter 11. :p
