  1. Right ? I mean that the Us president is in himself the whole governement ?

From wiki : "The President of the United States is the head of state and head of government of the United States and is the highest political official in the United States by influence and recognition. "

and he has to defend that, right ?

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

And if some one disagree with him, He can use this right ?

"The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices, and he shall have power to Grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment. "

and so is all these Agency under his commendment ( cia, nsa, fbi... ) as a lot of them are part of the United States Department of Defense, justice or broadly part of the gov. right?

    right ?

  2. Our Constitution set up 3 branches of government... for checks and balances... so that someone or some small group didn't get "too big for their britches".

But over the years, the Executive branch has pressed to usurp more and more power.

Bush was a HUGE offender... looks like Obama is likewise.

We're all the worse for it.

Shouldn't be long before we appear to all as being governed by a dictator...
