1. You're right, that is what assassins are for. Hugo was saved by Iraq.

LOL, this thread sure got quiet when I posted that. Where'd all you left wing posers go? I'll even push this out to Labor Day. Come on guys, you can take up a collection. Surely there's some of you with more than one quarter, maybe even a dollar or two - team up!

I appreciate that to those on the left the mysterious ability to see that we are not about to pull out of Iraq or we are not about to invade Venezuela seems like magic. I am reminded of Arthur C. Clarke's third law:

"Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic. "

Except this applies to politcal theory. It's not really that hard, once you realize Bush is not the anti-Christ.

  5. actually bush is in bed with the antichrist.... what i will concede is that he may indeed be too "simple" to realize it.

and just for your data base, i am no more "left wing" than oprah is anorexic.

The title of the thread is "The US Military Begins Actions Vs Venezuela ", but nobody is willing to wager on this actually happening.

In other words, this thread is typical liberal propaganda, and so outrageous they aren't even willing to stand behind it. And that comes as a surprise to? Nobody.

It's well known how intellectually bankrupt the left is.

Venezuela is buying small arms, lots of them, and helicopters. I don't know if they have stated their intentions but they are going to make big trouble eventually. In the 1980's we did not fully invade anywhere in Central or South America other than Grenada but this time around we might just do it at some point in time. We have NAFTA to protect.

The full story on Grenada is very interesting BTW. They had a 3 way leadership and the Marxist main guy did something ridiculous that actually left a pro western guy in charge for a short period of time. The guy got on the horn and called President Reagan and asked officially for military aid from the US and he got it. I knew some people that lived there and they told me about the invasion and everything. It is a most interesting story. Some of the tricks the Special Forces play on people are side splitters. Those frigging Cubano Commies that were on the island got bamboozled totally. The whole thing was over before half of them knew it was on.

Betcha a grand no invasion from US troops this year.

Woah, I hear crickets but none of the conspiracy loons. What a surprise. They are willing to stand up and scream bullshit, but when it's called, they duck and run like the cowards and losers they really are.

Let me tell ya, it is a burden, yes a burden to be right all the time. Whether it's thread about how we are about to pull out of Iraq or about how we are going invade Venezuela, there's no end to the mirth. Make no mistake, if you have a liberal at the helm, you are heading in the wrong direction.

    Hi Tgregg,

This is hardly a post from an intellectual person. I am center/left and was the first to say that US invading Venezuela is not going to happen. US would not invade a democracy with a democratically elected leader, even though administration hates him so much.

It always amazes me how hard right attack left and vise versa. What people fail to realize that extremes are very dangerous from both ends. And should our country be totally left or right, we would be living in a nightmarish society. The balance is about the best thing that could happen.

    Regards,
