The incestual SEC, NASD, CFTC, Corporate employment by musical chairs, police policing the police, "Fraternal Good Ole Boy" system is QUASI CAPITALISTIC.... Capitalize, Privatize the gains..... Socialize the losses..... 1% of the population controls 80% of the wealth..... I think Hong Kong before it became a part of China was one of the closest to being a true capitalist society. Flat taxes and when they had their housing bust they let it happen. And when the stock markets tanked, they didnt talk it up, they bought shares.
