Is 29.879% okay? Or 32.8737364830% is better?

It doesn't matter what he pays exactly, for sure he pays a multiple of what the average Russian guy pays.

The Russian government, according to a journalist, is conservative (he backed this claim by a number of ''conservative'' cases). The US conservatives only say they are conservatives and the American public believe them :D

It's less than half that in the bottom bracket.

The Russian government is the most corrupt (for business) in the world, I'm not surprised that they can be both flush and draw less revenue from income withholding.

For sure this is how Western media depict the Russian government.

We can only speculate how accurate the media are on this point. As accurate as WMD in Iraq or Saddam linked to Al-Qaida? As accurate as anthropogenic global warming or as accurate as who caused Georgia - Ossetia war. As accurate as .....?

I like the flat tax idea.

That IRS tax rate does not take into account the crazy state income taxes we have to pay in the state run by democratic legislatures.

CA's income tax tops out at around 10%.

    then add fico and medical.

I sell expensive products all over the world, and of them all it's the goddamm Russians that give me fits. I swear, everything they do is an indirect attempt to either activate the liquidation clauses in my letters of credit, or get me to grease someone's palm with cash and booze in order to appease "customs". It's the biggest bullshit country I ever sell to.
