The History Channel has a series called "The Revolution". I almost puddle up when watching some of that.. thinking how proud I am to be a decendent of those folks who risked EVERYTHING for a righteous cause. Then when I compare that time to now, makes my skin crawl... makes me want to PUKE!

I'm a Patriot! I served in the military during wartime... as did my father, uncles, and cousins... and I HATE where we are headed now...

I'm confused as to what you think Obama has in store... 10x worse that depression, wars, torture and destroying the environment... Unless he pushes the red button, there's no place to go but up from Bush.

And this talk about not being a citizen, give it a rest already. You've got no proof to the contrary or you believe Hawaii isn't a state which is whole different conversation altogether. Instead of worrying about the constitutionality of the President, why don't you devote your resources to discovering the next new new thing that won't lead to over leveraged banks, small business and individuals.

When the ish hits the fan, the adults have to come clean it up... that's what's being done now....

  4. This is the car that the geniuses at Chrysler are willing to give 35% of their equity for:

That's a big, big bet on a little car, at a time when every automaker and their suppliers are flooding the market with competing small cars, hybrid and turbodiesel, that get outstanding fuel mileage (Honda Insight, Volkswagen Jetta TDI, new Toyota Prius, redesigned Mini, new Ford Fiesta, etc.).

You are soooo wrong and don't understand why... "Comparison vs. Bush" is not even an issue.... like comparing apples vs. a rock pile.

As far as "pushing the red button"... NObama's reign will be the equivalent of that for the US.... socially and economically. When your children and grandchildren become wise enough to understand what it means for your support of NObama, they will LOATHE you for what you've done... your spineless, personal chickenshit greed.

  6. Obama's plan misses the point. He should just get the Chinese in here and let them sort out the auto mess since they're the ones paying for it.

  7. China's going to get as hard as almost any country in the world.

    The evidence is already accumulating.

  8. Barry could do Gubmint Motors commercials.

He could be the new Mr. Goodmonkeywrench.

    Gnome,

What exactly are you talking about... I don't deal in hypotheticals and 1/2 truths.... Just like i'm sure you don't base your arguments on "if" I had $10mm dollars, i'd be able to make a comfortable living sometime down the road when your kids and grandkids can see how great a trader you are.

I presume you mean that Obama is the apple and Bush is the pile of rocks based on relative intellect? With respect to having managed a business, I believe GW managed 2 business in the ground...

Additionally, one can only compare Presidents to Presidents, not less, nothing more. Where do you think Bush, ranks, lower than Nixon would argue.
