  1. Yeah, and get those farmers off the dole! And get all those poor white folk off welfare! And stop corporate welfare! Why should everyone else pick up the tab!

Let's force the east and west coasts to secede goddammit! Oops, can't do that, they provide a much greater per capita share of Federal tax revenue. Hey, why should NY and SF and LA pay a greater share of federal taxes. Why punish the rest of us cuz bubba and joe billy bob can't rub two quarters together!

Better hit the streets and demonstrate.

  2. I would rather live next to 50 new immigrants from eastern europe than 50 SPOILED BLOOD SUCKERS WHO ATTACK THEIR OWN COUNTRY.

  3. Your post suggests you dislike immigrants.

So now we know that you:

    1) Don't like the exercise of free speech, an American fundamental right, when it is of a nature that is politically disagreable to you.

    2) Don't like immigrants, the foundation of America's population.

You sound pretty unAmerican to me.

  5. Suits me. It's pretty simple. The federal government doesn't need to fund or manage local activites. Until FDR used the Constitution as toilet paper, this was well understood.

  7. If you read carefully what I wrote, you will see I said it started with him. He had to threaten the independence of the Supreme court to get his way. As for those Republican presidents, the vast majority of the time they faced congresses controlled by Democrats determined to keep taxes and spending as high as possible. One of the reasons for trying to impeach Nixon was he refused to spend wasteful appropriations. They passed a law requiring that all apprpriations be spent. It is called the Anti-Impoundment Act or something like that.

And Bush is a disappointment in this area. In fairness he never campaigned on cutting the size of government.

  8. I said I would RATHER have immigrants, which you well know, and which is very clear in my posts, and I stand by it. Immigrants that freely chose to come here and love this country deserve to be here, unlike you. I like immigrants, I don't like you.

  10. don't drag tricky dick into this, this isn't the vietnam war era, and this war isn't Vietnam no matter how much the liberals wish it was. This is Gulf War II , and we aren't even two weeks into it.
