Just been watching the British Open golf tournament. The winner takes home well over $1,000,000 for a pleasant weekend's competition ! Must be something wrong with the system when 1/3 of the world is near starving !! That's Capitalism for you bub Unfair and uncaring
But worst of all it's now obvious to even the limited intelligence folk it's UNCOMPETITIVE for "developed" countries read senile there is a huge over capacity on the planet to produce everything from TVs to refrigerators, cars etc etc. so 1) a country can build a high wall around itself with tarrifs, missile shields etc. or 2) upgrade its economic and political systems to compete
The winner takes home well over $1,000,000 for a pleasant ------------------ These people are income generators or economic engines. A million might not be enough based on activity as a result. Whether someone is poor somewhere else has no bearing on a grand prize. Of course the grand prize is the the result of a person investing in themselves via money time and study. It's not uncaring or unfair.
