If he reversed his position I would think he either: 1) Got shot in the head : making him a brainless democrat 2) took a huge bribe from the union (IOW became a democrat stooge) 3) Just figured out a way to handle his states financial crisis like the imperial federal gubbermint does (print it's own money and force people to accept it) and continue to ignore the underlying problem. Even going so far as to shout " go home, nothing to see here folks" we'll just print our way to economic prosperity as a"collective ".
