You will keep feeling that adrenaline pump if you keep making trades to maximise your returns every month.
We discussed this quote from Soros already on this thread. Its Bullshit, there is no way Soros wasn't having fun when he made his Billions as a trader.
I agree that trading is monotonous rather than boring. I am a student of the markets and so I enjoy to learn about them and for me that isn't boring. But good trading is doing the same profitable thing over and over again.
%% Mr Soros is known for trades, rather than the truth\Rich Dennis\strangely is known for both. His ex hedge fund partner Jim Rogers, never noted anything like that boring bit /LOL. Jim rogers seemed to be much more wise in public policy, maybe that was why they did a hedge fund exit\partnership?? Rich Dennis never did note if he liked a 20 period better than 55 period; I have no idea Shax. SO i study both Rich, Jim 20 + 50..........................................................................
I agree with you. Trading doesn't require immense skills. And all the methods and trading tips are on the internet. What really matters is select one's own method and trust and repeat it again and again. This is much like an athletes training one kick 10 thousand times. But this is really really difficult. Trading is much like this.
I don’t find trading boring. I feel it is something which teaches something new everyday. Winning trades pushes my adrenaline and makes me enthusiastic. Losing trades increases my curiosity to learn.
