BACKTESTING: I have also backtested my methods by paper and pen. I have around 10-12 trading opportunities a month. Thats a lot of opportunties, I know.. I was very surprised as well. compared to the 4 I thought I had per month. (short only) It was only added on last week, (long methods) I think I'm pretty much completed the final link of the puzzle where I can go long /short now as well.

A lesson a day is the million dollar way. Still working out the kinks on the long side. emmm... Will take a few more trading sessions.
I only post swing trades in this journal, no daytrades. For swing trades, I'll usually post before the day, I usually would know the day before when I'm swinging. Which is how you bet big capital, because you have a good idea what will happen tomorrow and the day after. What do I think will happen tomorrow? Under Low, Good short, not 100% safe, not the best, but ok for this kind of price action. I'll be looking to short tomorrow, Under low.
Interesting, Just when I was posting, I had some good ephipanies going around, that and having charlie and the oompas playing in the background on my dvd player. On a day you are looking for a 25-35 point gain, but the market is not ready to give you this at a long term view (obvious). Of course, to enter this type of tug of war price action INTRADAY, you must enter where the expected is the least to be safe. That is within 15-25 minutes of intial signal. After the time passes , every entry in this tug of war price action with downward bias would have a higher risk attached. Although if I think about that, All INTIAL signals would need 15-25 minutes timeslot, any entries after would have a higher risk and more volatility in the wrong places. Very important for precison trading. On the other hand: Of course you can just not enter at all and wait for better long term views. Right now there is none. Which is why you see chop.
