That's actually 3 billion, about the same amount that is sent to Egypt and Jordan and we do know how well they FEND. Besides just because we don't send a lot of money to Palestinians does not mean no one does, Europeans have been sending them welfare checks for decades and we do know how Palestinians FEND too. The primary difference is that $3 billion we send to Israel is a small fraction of their GDP, the Israelies have their own extremely strong, modern economy. On the other side the money sent to Egypt, Jordan and Palestine is probably more than half of their corresponding GDPs - they are true welfare states that don't work and don't produce anything.
