"Top" is all in the eye of the beholder. To me "the top is in" means the 2009 bull is over and we'll see no new ATHs for 2-10 or more years, not just a few weeks or months. That kind of regime shift going to take some really major course changes in investor behavior, asset allocation practices, approach to risk, etc. Very hard to see anything like that on the horizon right now.
I was just sitting there thinking yeah i think the top is in, but then at the same time it just didn't click how can it be the top when we are all calling for it lmao
I'm tired thru and thru with the constant 'go short' theme on ET. Got so bad I've blocked some of these clueless idiots, others on ignore. Just tiresome with its repetitiveness and frequency.
Everyone should have gone short, because I longed at the tops last Tuesday. It was a hell of a swing. And I am barely at BE on the NQ, and the YM is still underwater. After a fucking week. I hate longing at ATHs. HATE IT!
And it repeats again. Funny how they call a top AFTER it pulls back and are silent now when there is an entry point or on a pulse up. (with a stop, of course)
lol i've been waiting for this. fair enough, i was wrong. i lost a lot of money, are you happy? next time i'll try to conform to your standards and call the top at the exact tick it's happening.
Major market turning points are hard if not impossible to catch. It’s always best to wait and catch the middle part of the trend. As of late the dips are shallower and the are gone in less than a day. Always wait for the dips.
