    Totally agree. I only use volume bars as the represent the purest price action.

    The red color represents something cheerful/positive/youthful in Chinese culture, a bride always wears a red suit on wedding ceremony. If the close of a bar is higher than the open, we call it a "male bar/ positive bar", hence it is red, if the close of a bar is lower than the open, we call it a "female bar/negative bar" , it is something related to green here.

    Culture difference exists everywhere, I still remember the first time I stepped out of the Sydney airport, I was quite surprised that your cars drive on the left side of the road.
