No, no they aren't. They are instituting fines and jail time.

Like cheating on your taxes. They can't prevent you from cheating; but if they catch you, you have to give your pound of flesh.

They can't stop you from violating the mandates; but if they catch you, you have to pay the price for being a dumbass.

    It's not complicated.

  3. If you are having more than seven people over for ThanksGiving in Oregon, you are subject to jail time and fines.

However if ten people are getting together to shoot heroin and snort cocaine, not a problem. That's legal now.

One cautionary note though. If you are snorting cocaine through a plastic straw you might still be busted and sent to gitmo. Plastic straws are illegal. What would anyone in their right mind be thinking if they are using a plastic straw.

    Crazy shiite.

  8. Even in Oregon, the bluest of blue or one of the bluest states, 40% of voters went with Trump, probably much more if you removed the scam ballots.

So some of "them" includes patriots- in California and Washington State as well- who must be lauded for trying to keep the light on under the most difficult of circumstances. I have sympathy for them and know them well.

I do not have sympathy though for the vast number of lefty hypocrites who bring about the destruction of society but want the protections of it when it visits their little life and neighborhood.
