You left out the mainstream media, though perhaps you consider them a propaganda wing of the left...I know I do.
Looks like the tea party won big in yesterday's primary in texas. Texans seem to be the opposite of drones.. Texans cherish their liberty.
Oh, HELL yes. The average American, "sittin' on the sofa, watching Oprah, Dancing With The Stars, and American Idol... getting their news from the MSM" are targets of the propaganda. No different from the Pravda days in cold-war Russia, sadly. America as a free and capitalistic society cannot survive with a pro-Left MSM.
I do know we cherish our music, dancing, nice looking ladies and beef BarBQ down here cowboys. Oh shit I forgot to mention beer, we like beer here too ! Shiner Bock please.
capitalism is greatest invention of mankind, but you got to take of the poor too. bring them up to speed, offer them the chance to break out. maybe they will, many won't. still, within capitalism there is room for humanity, compassion & empathy, i believe.
In my younger single years... I did notice how many pretty women there were in Texas. Overall from my perspective I thought there were an amazing amount of pretty women... and many of them were friendly. I liked the way women in Texas flirted backed then... they were fun. (I am not trying to say...they were particularly fond of me... just saying I thought they were fun.) edit... I was in tyler, waco and just outside of houston for a week at a time... and I spent a little time outside of dallas. I am not sure if that still goes on.. or if its all social media text now.
The poor need to have the same opportunity as others.... unfettered by government. That's all the "taking care of" they deserve... same as everybody else. The world doesn't "need" the poor, and the poor are not entitled to anything at the expense of others.... (unless you're trying to buy their vote, of course.)
the world doesn't need the poor? if the whole world is rich, like you whose going to your shit? http://www.businessinsider.com/bill-gates-bots-are-taking-away-jobs-2014-3
Depends on the town, I think. I remember living in Houston and going to bars on Richmond in the Galleria, the girls were just like the girls I knew in NYC, no different. Maybe a bit more Hispanic. But head on down to the Post Oak Ranch or the Longhorn (Country bars) and it was a different thing altogether. Very friendly, very out going. Go up to Dallas and find a lot more true "Texas" friendly. I don't know where ModerateArrow lives, but my guess is it's Smallville, and they're probably pretty friendly.
