I have a question.... who says diversity is better. I think the United States was a lot more successful when we promoted the melting pot concept.

Perhaps the Swiss think that muslims should adopt architecture which complements the current Swiss architecture. The swiss culture has standing as well.

Freedom of Religion does not mean a culture has to let it self be changed to fit the needs of new people entering it.

This move by the Swiss probably has more to do with the Swiss "brand" than it does their German roots. That would make them more like the French, or at least more like salesmen.

If the Swiss wanted to make a real statement, which they probably don't, they could lend some material support to the war on extremism, eg. troops, or at least money.

Look at the troll bring up hitler when someone challenges his views. Remember this is the troll who openly hates white Christians and supports child molesters.

If the troll did any thinking at all he would understand that hitler did not promote a melting pot idea. He promoted killing people like the troll and jews. There is a big difference.

School books in the states promoted the idea of a melting pot in the 60 and 70s.

It stood for the fact that cultures melted into the idea which was America. A much more cohesive concept that diversity. Diversity causes differences and strife.

  7. Years ago immigrants and citizens shared the common goals of freedom of worship, freedom from oppressive government, and a high degree of freedom to pursue our own economic interests. "Diversified peoples" sharing common goals weren't the problem.

  9. Fact: Muslim leaders have made no secret about their goal. It is the establishment of a worldwide Muslim state. Part of the technique is to tell their women to have 10 children each whenever possible, in whichever country they reside.

Fact: Muslim populations in Western countries have agitated for their right to govern themselves according to Sharia law, a request which spits in the face of the Western culture and involves, among other things, the subjugation of women inherent in their practices.

Fact: The Muslims know that in the West, the forces of political correctness and the insane ultra-left Liberals will support them in their quest, in whichever country they reside. These liberals, represented by certain members here, have said that their cultural practices 'must be accepted' and that we cannot make any moral judgment on them because all morality is relative. This obtains even when the cultural practice involved is the murder of children by burying them in sand up to their necks and throwing stones at their heads until the skull comes apart. These liberals will support the Muslim's right to maintain these practices in whichever country they reside.

Fact: The Muslims think in epochal terms. Their plan may come to fruition over 1000 years, and it would be fine with them. If the population of a country is majority Muslim, there is no reason why they cannot democratically agitate for the establishment of laws which tend to protect their idea of 'culture'.

Fact: The Swiss voters made a rational choice. Given the aggressive approach to politically and demographically imposed acculturation adopted by Islam, they understand that they need to take steps to make sure that their own culture is protected. Muslims are free to practice their religion in Switzerland. There is nothing that says a mosque has to have minarets. Mosques are established in nondescript cinder block buildings all the time. The Swiss have every right to vote and legislate against images which they find offensive.

diversified people sharing common goals is the exact concept of the melting pot.

Diversified people trying to remain separate is the problem with the current diversity training.

You can see that the minute you question the policies of the trolls who are trying to radicalize society they call you hitler.

the sooner we get away from diversity and back to the melting pot the better.
