  1. we are closing all longs here. taking profits from intial entries. the current channel on DJIA is 8303 to 8097. on NASDAQ 1403 to 1363. as always long above, short below and flat in the middle.

    On 3/4/03 68% of the shareholders voted to approve the amendment and restatement of the company's certificate of incorporation to increase the authorized shares from 500million to 2.5 billion.
    They will exchange $700 million debt for common and $516 million preffered for common and warrants and an additional injection of $200 million cash.....peace

    1:36 PM XM Satellite reports Q4 results (XMSR) 5.80 -0.11: Reports Q4 (Dec) loss of $1.76 per share, $0.38 worse than the Multex consensus of ($1.38); revenues rose 1593.6% year/year to $9.0 mln vs the $9.2 mln consensus; co also announced it added 145,605 net subscribers during the qtr. Co expects to add 130k new subs in Q1 and reaffirms 2003 sub guidance of 1.2 mln. In addition, co will introduce a Family Plan in April, in which after the primary XM radio subscription, additional subscriptions will be reduced to $6.99 a month.
