1. Hi Agassi,

I believe we corresponded in the past several times. Nice to see you back!

I am a proponent of Neely, as far as Elliott goes. I believe he has, by far, the most succinct and valid method of interpreting the wave.

My opinion is to stay flat right now. When your getting conflicting signals, thoughts--trading is akin to gambling.

However, if i was forced to choose a direction, I would fade precter, going long the EURO. hope this helps.

    regards,

Multiple off-topic posts have been removed from this thread and a recent friendly warning was posted Here. It was completely dismissed and ignored by marketsurfer among others. Marketsurfer sent a strongly worded request that no such posts ever be removed again. A portion of my response was as follows:

"If your journal continues to be a trading journal it will remain in the Journals Forum. If it's an ongoing flirtatious discussion with ladies (along with the kind of posts that encourages from others)... then it will be relocated to Chit Chat where it belongs."

I'm sorry if that offends anyone but that's the way it's going to be. Marketsurfer has a long history of repeated and flagrant violations of various ET policies and it is only by Baron's largesse that he is even permitted to post here. If he would like to continue to do so in a trading journal then it can remain in this forum. If he prefers to make off-topic non-trading posts, and encourage others to do the same, then he's welcome to do so in a Chit Chat thread. Simple enough, regardless of how much awe and veneration he holds for this on-again off-again thread that's been abandoned and closed many times. Just like every other journal thread, any further off-topic posts will be removed.

  4. What you are failing to grasp, is this is MY JOURNAL. Its not for you to decide what is and what is not relevant to MY JOURNAL.

Your job is to enforce ET regulations, what is posted on a PERSONAL journal and is not in violation-- you have no right to remove. doing so , indicates personal bias, which is bad form in your position.

  6. This is rather amusing. I think Surf should be allowed to maintain his journal, but I'd be fairly confident that any IP-check would show his "female" groupies all emanate from a single IP address.

That pretty much sums it up. Marketsufer, go back and read your first post from this thread. I think you'll agree that the tone that you set for your journal was one that was tightly focused on trading, not goofing around.

At the end of the day, neither Magna or myself care about the off-topic posts in this thread. If you want to have fun and screw around, that's fine, but you can't expect us all to just pretend it's still a serious trading journal when it no longer is. Therefore, you can either keep this thing on track, or it will be moved to chit chat.

  8. Nah, I'm pretty sure at least one of them is as real as real can get.

    But never-no-mind.

Boss man said back to the trading, so back to the trading it is.

  9. We are continuing to hold the DJIA shorts with nice profits thus far. Still remaining flat in the other instruments.

  10. upon reading the managements dislike of humour/entertainment within the 'journal' section, and another unrelated situation-- for now, interest has waned in continuing The Surf Report.

My contributions to The Surf Report will be placed on hiatus untill "inspiration" strikes again.

thank you for reading since 2002.

    Best wishes,
