You want to drop 30, right? 30d of T-3 and solid cardio can do it. Once off-cycle you'll need to bump calories and eat very clean; fiber, protein and minimal fats and maintain cardio. All carbs should be from fiber sources; beans, lentils, etc... you'll produce more methane than a volcano, so keep some enzymes on-hand[beano].
