I've been on forum sites for seemingly forever. This one is no different than any other except in the way it is run. This one is more on the order of the "Wild West". I see, so you are Surf and you are defending yourself by making snide remarks to everyone in retaliation for "everyone" passing judgment on you, right? That doesn't fit since I've seen you making snide remarks in other threads that aren't related to this one. That tells me you have a pattern of this behavior that is unrelated to this thread. That doesn't make you part of the solution.
I've posted a lot of quality content on various threads. Remind me again what your value-add is? Telling me you don't like me and/or Surf?
I would hope you have been a quality contributor. It would nice if all of us here contribute positive content on a regular basis. Me, I hold no clear value, yet. This is the internet, I could say anything and oh, most of you do. My posts, over time, will establish how I am perceived. This is belief bias but it is all we have. All I know of you is your posts in threads I have been interested in spinning through. I guess my opinion of you might change as soon as I find an interesting thread & you post positive content in it. All I know of the tread starter here and their journal is what I read as well, and he got banned. This is the wild west in here so to get banned from the wild west is not impressive, trust me. I'm a full time trader and part-time engineer. Believe that if you want or not. I like to come to these places because . . . well, it"s like stepping in a time machine. The same trading conversations that take place now, were taking place 20 years ago. The same arguments, the same questions, the same answers and I would swear the same people by the sounds of it. The best part for me is that I can turn the machine off at will and go back to the 2nd half of 2011.
The surfer? Who cares, there are enough know-it-all/crappy traders in the world...one less posting here is a blessing.
Whoa, some good news for a change... Looks like the big guy has the journal up and running at his non-commercial blog, marketsurferdotcom... Maybe with enough reader encouragement he'll come back to ET...
