Yes, i know that i might be wrong with operating points as i do not fully understand them. I was just trying to throw a few thoughts out there. The next step for me though after reading the toolbox journal is to figure out the pace of the market. I can recognize fast paces(rockets) and CCC(none pace), but I dont fully underatnd or recognize slow or medium paces(iceberg) YET. Looks like i have to start logging.

I am currently trading the spys because my firm does not have access to ES yet. I will eventaully trade the ES on my own when the time is right.

I trade of the 5 but i anticipate on the 1 min. I jsut thought it would be a little more helpful to post the 1 min because the 5 usually ends up getting posted. I think as we become experts, the 1 min fractal(fast) will be important.

Anwyays, i appreciate your posts as their is alwyas something you see that i dont and i can always learn something new.

I need to get some input.

Nhkoi gratiously informed me about ET and recommended it. Naturally, I feel that he has strong basis for his viewpoint which focussed on the information and level of people contributing.

I did spend some time responding to people in threads and was classified as OT and a moderator took me out of the thread and stated another one by doing something with a post. I concluded that whatever happened was how they do it here. This thread still goes along sort of.

As more mambers got their kicks at my expense, I tried to message a moderator. The path was closed so I messaged ET amd is six weeks I was told by Baron to message the moderator. So there is a loop here that they use to defeat people in that specific time/messaging manner. this quality of operation is practical because it handles stuff by not handling it.

Recently I requested that some crap be removed and it cannot be. My requests can be removed however.

Now I tried to start a journal and I failed. Naturally I talked it over with my partner because I feel that I have a deep obligation to others whom I felt I was helping.

I understand that dilemmas have no possible outcome. I have worked with many world recognized problem solvers so this place is not a problem for me to handle effectively.

you need to understand that I am being twarted in mostly everything I try to offer as support here. just assume that the persons doing this are below standard mentally for the place they occupy. People apparently worm their way into places here that are above their maximum level of competence and their ability to recognize this is a long time coming when it in a paretial way finally does.

In the journal I had a small screwup. for whatever reson I posted a subset post under the wrong topic. so I requested the mistake be killed. In the meantime I posted it under the correct main topic. what i got was a moderator message saying that the other three posts that were OT could not be killed and also that the correction had to be killed because it was a verbatim copy of the mistaken post I made previously. The mistake would stand and the correction would be killed.

I have retaliated (my term for how I feel right now with the frustration I must endure here) by trying once again to correct my mistake in putting the post under the wrong main topic.

I actually worked out a way around the inherent ET modus I thought. I was wrong once again.

My partner and I discussed several avenues for dealing with this situation. All in the context that it really is possible to be in ET perhaps if a minimum fairness could prevail.

I, as a person, who stands for excellence, cannot understand why individuals here go out of their way to fuck up things for other people. A person cannot just be so stupid continually to do what he does. Being vindictive towards all the members who participate here, is a real fucked up way to operate.

I want you all to know that I am, at this point having to make a supreme affort to stay ahead of this guy. I was trying to give this place, during the hours I am able to (I am in recovery that is being adjusted today to better help me out), an effort that would get us ready for realy grooving by Labor Day.

I know that the failed journal would have worked in the manner I set up but, now, is not functional because of the trap set before me of stupidity and vindictiveness that I have to deal with.

My spending my time writing this is a plea from me to you for you to give me some advice. Both places where I post are fucked up by moderators. Is there a place in here besides these two forums and chit chat and the feedback forums which are not functional either. I do see other people getting their contributions through the gauntlet. The TNT type recent fiasco is not a possible climate either as I see it.

I am under senseless unrelenting presure the is stupid and vindictive.

 

Since the moderators are not cooperating with a simple forum, i think maybe you could start a msn message board. IF this forum was really for the benefit of the traders, THEN your requests would have been fulfilled. There was a similiar problem with a former trader(hitman) who originally would post his journal daily on ET but was so fed up with the moderators and ETs shit that he left and wrote his journal on MSN. THERE ARE A LOT of traders that dont want to miss out on this opportunity to learn. This is factual. Hopefully, ET would like to HELP THE TRADERS and comply with what would be in the TRADERS BEST INTEREST.

thank for taking time in posting, as you know you can create a new thread and just cut and paste of what you want to that new thread. The key point I think is telling others what to do with the thread ...comment welcome, comment not welcome ect...sure there will be some dunce head will just re-quote the entire page without adding a single constructive thought but in general people will respect your guide line for the thread, case in in point; the thread "Catch Up , tomorrow's Newspaper Today " , there were only 4 minors disruption otherwise it contains only your posts as the way you want it, I suggest something like 'do not reply to this thread' in its title then explain how people can response to the thread somewhere else as you wish.

 

My apoligies, they are different situations and i appreciate you trying to mediate the problem. hopefully, you guys can work something out and everyone can be happy. I just have seen many posts by jack where he was trying to HELP someone, only to get ripped and flamed unnecessarily where the flaming post was not deleted. Just look at the beginning of this thread.

Many people were wondering why i was trading well lately. I would lead them to this thread and they would stop reading after the first 20 pages because there were people bashing him unnecessarily. JUST IMAGINE how many MORE people would have benefited from this thread if their werent those unnecessary posts.

Its time to speak up to counter some of the charges that have been leveled by Jack Hershey.

Jack seems to think that whatever he says cannot be inappropriate. The reality is his behavior is subject to the same guidelines here that apply to any other member.

Jack became angry at Magna and instead of issuing a civil reprimand, Jack began a campaign to impugn Magna by calling him crude names. This I censored, along with Magna's response. This enraged Jack, and he still appears angry. Once again, I won't give Jack preferential treatment despite the obvious fervor felt for him by his fawning acolytes.

Jack later raised the issue of his own perceived credibility by declaring that 4 out of 5 people considered his stuff "bullshit". This invited a critique by poundtherock, which you may find a few pages back. Some of you may feel this was a personal attack but it was a reponse to an issue raised by Hershey himself and to his claims of widespread publication. Am I the only one who would like to read some of Jack Hershey's books?

Anyone can post ideas and enter the discourse on this thread. This is an open forum and an open thread. I have done nothing to discourage that. There are so few rules here that most adults need not even consider them when posting.

There is an effort underway here spearheaded by Jack to create a zone of exclusivity for him where all his statements, ideas, and claims cannot be met by skepticism nor be examined critically. You should apply to Baron if you want to create this type of club.

I suggest you don't give whomever is trying to stop you the satisfaction and quit. It doesn't really matter where you post as long as your posts are helpful to some people. And this journal would be a tremendous help. It'd be a pity to see it die because of some off-topic posts.

We can easily ignore them; for printing the workaround is to print only a selection from the page.

If however you decide to start an MSN group please let us know.
