I would take a quick profit. I don't think the market character is going to ghange before labor day. Meaning just a lot of CCCing. I will attempt to slolom today in what will probably be a small range. I should have reversed on my exit and caught a couple of points going down. But that move won't last long or go very deep either.

  2. As jack has come back i would also like to delete my previous posts that have no substansive content in it. I am really glad jack is back and that we can continue what we started.

    Baggerlord,
you had a failure to traverse after the second pt 3 at 10:09. This is wehre you should have shorted.

This becomes your new pt1 and you look for the next sequences of a trend. it created pts 2, 3, 2nd pt 2 and 3.
Fails to traverse the channel at 10:36. reverse long.

you reversed on pt 1. we have pt 2 its creating first pt 3 right now.

volume is shitty.... trends will be more prone to fialing earlier in the sequence. thats where your 5,2,3 stoch takes over.

9:54 long 1007 >pt3 >going for left side traverse. Not using any indicaters here just working on the trend lines.

    Hi Jack!

    > I plan to run live on aol when someone starts it

Does it need to be AOL?

I've been looking at PalTalk, and it might be more suited for what
    you want.

    * A group administrator can limit access.

    * You can mute other people if you don't want to listen to them.

    * It looks as though the number of participants can be larger than the limits of Yahoo messenger were.

Other than reading the online docs, I have no experience with PalTalk -- perhaps someone else can fill in the blanks there.

I'd be up for providing transcription services again.

I know volume is terrible. Should be practicing sidelining. Goiing to use tight stops and try not to lose. I'm a beginner who is skipping gradient a bit for lack of any good action on the rockets. And forget icebergs for now.

10:06 Sell 1005.0 -2 > let me outa here. In a place I should'nt be. Sidelined until after lunch. Then back to beginner work. which will probably be more sideline.

  10. Hi Jack!

Clearly you mean a lot to a number of members. The success of this thread speaks to that.

Not all members perceive you as you wish to be perceived. Respect is something earned, not demanded. Demanding it is a sure way to never get it.

I read your posts in the Trading Forum. I read all the posts in the Trading Forum. While I am sure there is much to learn from your wisdom, I am not interested in learning your methods. It's nothing personal.... some people like to fish, some like to play golf.

When another member criticizes your methods.... I see nothing wrong with that. But when they attack you personally, that I do not tolerate. The bulk of the deletions were you telling Trend Fader that he is a loser, and stupid, etc. This will not be tolerated in the Trading Forum. I have deleted other posts saying the same about you.

You are more than welcome to post in the Trading Forum, but conduct yourself appropriately. If you want respect.... give respect.

I'm glad you're back because so many members are benefiting from your contributions, and I respect you for that.
