    Joe's poll numbers suck but if he did rise then that triggers the fears amongst dems who want to win in 2024 that he is going to run. There is a little kabuki dance going on with the dems now where they want to see Joe performing well enough to not be a disgrace but not so well that he fails to go away. Otherwise they will bring the knives out as many of the lefty newspapers already have.

    Whatever. Go for the gold Joe. You are the guy the pubs want to run against so go for it.

    ok; that was pretty bad (not that you'd sincerely care). Between last year's SOTU's "fund the police" and forgetting (via gaffe or dementia) Tyre's name, it signals to people that he just didn't care to even learn the dude's name and is issuing empty promises on police reform.
