  1. what is wrong with this picture? might it be that 2/3 rds of the plate is dominated by fatty meat?

    PLANTS should be the CENTERPIECE of the healthy diet.

    green beans and potatoes big deal.

    This crappy meal doesn't compare to the nutritional punch of a large salad of various greens and vegetables.

    Moderation and mix with many vegetables and you feel good!
    Take away all fat and B-12, you will feel tired.
