That greasy pile of decaying crap is at least 700 calories and 30+ grams of fat.. that's half your calories for the DAY alone, 3 times the FAT (without the butter and sour cream), and you haven't even eaten dessert yet. SEVEN large heads of lettuce = approx 700 cals too but supplies far far FAR greater nutrients and NO saturated FAT! what a maroon
Eating 7 large heads of lettuce. For me that would be very hard to do. Eating over a pound of meat at a setting would also be hard. Am I the only one who thinks moderation is the way?
