  2. Barbecuing is especially bad because the meat is charred, charred meat raises risk of cancers. But on the other hand if you don't cook meat thoroughly the risk of getting sick from contaminants is especially high.

    It's a catch 22. Damned if I'd eat it either way! :eek:

    And if you cook it just right it still clogs your arteries. Why the hell would anyone eat this stuff is beyond me??!! :D

  8. i actually think they all agree with me on an intellectual level like the smoker that agrees smoking is bad for the health. But they can't quit.
