Much more likely to get cancer if you smoke everyday, multiple times a day. You have a cigarette or two a week only and it's almost no problem at all for your body.....same thing with meat MODERATION (with meat, both portion control and frequency)! PS I hate cigarettes

I'm pretty sure that the science yields GREATLY DIFFERENT results for those who consume meat everyday, at all meals vrs those who eat it a few times a week. My problem with your position is you are so black and white. The world we live in is grey (because of the smog ). Seriously though, too much of anything isn't good for you.
