i dunno, if meat is all that's there that's what i will eat. skinny, no energy sounds like an "energy" (calorie) problem not specifically a lack of meat problem lucky for me and most all you we have a choice

Iron from spinach is not easily absorbed, most of t gets excreted. Sorry veggitard, red meat is the best source of iron.
you must eat 12 times as much beef.. and 12 times as much fat but forget the spinach. radishes have much more. beans have much more iron. tomatoes have more etc. so, beeftard take that

I think you got graduated from the helmet a little too soon. Iron from vegetables has the worst absorption rate of any other food sources. And there are not many. Red meat is the primary source of iron in the human diet.
