You been eating too much ass out of a cow, now you have sh^t for brains Broccoli Sprouts May Prevent Stomach Cancer By Defeating Helicobacter Pylori A small, pilot study in 50 people in Japan suggests that eating two and a half ounces of broccoli sprouts daily for two months may confer some protection against a rampant stomach bug that causes gastritis, ulcers and even stomach cancer. http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2009/04/090406072915.htm

Cytokine Research Laboratory, Department of Experimental Therapeutics, The University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, Box 143, 1515 Holcombe Boulevard, Houston, TX 77030, USA. aggarwal at mdanderson.org While fruits and vegetables are recommended for prevention of cancer and other diseases, their active ingredients (at the molecular level) and their mechanisms of action less well understood. Extensive research during the last half century has identified various molecular targets that can potentially be used not only for the prevention of cancer but also for treatment. However, lack of success with targeted monotherapy resulting from bypass mechanisms has forced researchers to employ either combination therapy or agents that interfere with multiple cell-signaling pathways. In this review, we present evidence that numerous agents identified from fruits and vegetables can interfere with several cell-signaling pathways. The agents include curcumin (turmeric), resveratrol (red grapes, peanuts and berries), genistein (soybean), diallyl sulfide (allium), S-allyl cysteine (allium), allicin (garlic), lycopene (tomato), capsaicin (red chilli), diosgenin (fenugreek), 6-gingerol (ginger), ellagic acid (pomegranate), ursolic acid (apple, pears, prunes), silymarin (milk thistle), anethol (anise, camphor, and fennel), catechins (green tea), eugenol (cloves), indole-3-carbinol (cruciferous vegetables), limonene (citrus fruits), beta carotene (carrots), and dietary fiber. For instance, the cell-signaling pathways inhibited by curcumin alone include NF-kappaB, AP-1, STAT3, Akt, Bcl-2, Bcl-L), . . . WHERES THE BEEF?
There is that MAY word again Do any of your "experts" know anything for sure or do they all just hedge LOL
your an idiot and definitely a looser trader (not may'be) BEEF (and EGGS) will definitely raise your LDL!
I see it bothers you so much that your "experts" don't know jack shit, you have to resort to being a 14 yr old
Your brain is falling apart. You can't even spell loser! Ha ha! Maybe you are lacking proteins to make it work? Oh, no matter what you eat some day you are going to DIE. So eat some BEEF! before it's all over! LOL ! Don't make yourself suffer!
when i first married , my then wife was a 95% veg, so instead of making 2 meals ,i would eat mostly veggies, and have meat at work at lunch, as time passed ,i noticed when in a restaurant ordering a steak because they were few and far between, i would eat the veggies first, so much more flavor and variety, i like meat, but there is nothing wrong with being a veg head
