  1. Your argument is give it up completely cause you're unhealthy if you don't. I'm saying you don't have to give it up at all and still be healthy! :D

  3. The 4 oz per week is for you, enough to get the nutrients that you can't get from eating dandelions only while still maintaining your health.

    Of course too much beef isn't good for you but that's not YOUR argument nor mine. You said give it up COMPLETELY and I said MODERATION. :D

    I'm for MODERATION. And I do eat lots of veggies too.
