My choice not to eat meat is based solely on known physiology. >10 grams of sat fat per day will kill you prematurely. is that hamburger worth a slow suicide? you do the math. but make no mistake, it will kill you, eventually.

To eat vegetable and fruit, nuts, whole grain and some meat is healthy. With exercise too. If someone eat too much meat, or too much food, and have no exercise, they will be fat.
I speak of the PREPONDERANCE of studies that prove saturated fat contained in BEEF will KILL you. Not "a" study, not "one" study, not some obscure study funded by a vegan org but the vast majority of studies. The saturated fat contained in every gram of every ounce of every pound of beef will KILL YOU eventually. that's a fact!
Too many calories will make you fat. Too much beef with NINE CALORIES per gram of FAT (as opposed to 4 calories/gram for plants) will make you fatter AT TWICE THE RATE, AND clog your arteries to boot. .
