very occasionally and only on pizza . and even then i pick most of it off currently, i'm experimenting with cheese-less pizza , i believe it will be all the new craze once gets out how healthy it is
If you can get a really tasty crust, good sauce and spices I'm sure that a cheese-less pizza can taste pretty good. Def need some fresh crushed garlic and olive oil drizzle on there too. Will be like a good garlic bread with some tomato sauce. It's not "pizza" but still sounds good.
great advice but NO olive oil. any oil is not good for you, highly processed very calorie dense fat dense food PRODUCT. SAY NO OIL i don't care if it comes from an olive or from a loving kernel of corn NO OIL!
Olive oil is INCREDIBLY healthy, yes it has fat and can make you fat however the fats are great for heart health. Keeps that sucker well lubed and blood flowing great!
OO is not healthy it is just the alternatives are often less healthy. Most of the calories are still from fat. nutritionally speaking, why eat it at all? it's a highly processed calorie dense fat dense food product that is devoid of essentially most beneficial nutrients
killthesunshine, you say drink mangosteen juice, true? That is process from mangosteen fruit, true? So if you think (DO NOT EAT OLIVE OIL IT IS PROCESSED), but ok to eat the olive, then why drink mangosteen juice? Just eat the fruit.
Its heart healthy, aka good for your heart. I thought that your "beef" with beef is that it causes heart disease. GIVE OLIVE OIL A CHANCE
Don't ask me, ask SCIENCE Olive Oil contains natural chemical compounds which are very good for your heart, and its better to eat olive oil than to not. Similar to why Salmon, which is a very high fatty fish, is excellent for your heart too.
