I get most of my DAILY saturated fat from plant source. Consuming [very] little quantity infrequently inadvertantly from animal source does not make one an "omnivore". on the contrary, makes one omnivoreless. YOU wish to hide YOUR nutritional error behind words *I* am for all intents and purposes of truth a vegetarian! proud of it!
