sooo, you admit that saturated fat should be limited because it's unhealthy otherwise, you'd be eating cow everyday hell, your almost there!
Everything in life should be limited: sleep, water, exercise, eating...all essential for living but overdo any of these and there could be devastating if not fatal consequences to our health. A chick ACTUALLY died from drinking TOO MUCH water. Crazy right? True story. Point is, OF COURSE saturated fats should be limited. I can say the same thing for all vitamins and minerals too. And fiber, ever eat so much fiber way more than you are supposed to in a day? Horrible stomach issues. EVERYTHING should be limited, do not think you "got me" with this response
so, it's all a matter of QUANTITY? "Everything" eaten is ok even the bad stuff as long as it is "limited"? How much saturated fat is needed and should be eaten?
