  1. Only you would think of that. Vegans are weird.

    Can vegans have Beefsteak tomatoes?

    Can they have nutmeats?

    What about fruit fly maggots?

  4. Are you still flogging, instead of eating this dead horse ??

    Aborigines diet depended on variables.
Time of year, location, everything-the content of fat is absurd, and irrelevant.
We are not talking about a "survivor "style diet, these people knew what the go was, the reason for being low in fat is because there wasn't that much to go around.

It is also necessary to distinguish between coastal and inland tribes, Oz is a bloody big, harsh, and hot joint.

Further, some studies of Australian aborigines generally suggest very limited lifespan living traditionally-40/50/60
even worse, they die like flies in the modern world, average life expectancy is about 50 for a modern aborigine male.

    On average.

    The Inuit Paradox

How can people who gorge on fat and rarely see a vegetable be healthier than we are?

+Fats have been demonized in the United States...In the Nunavik villages in northern Quebec, adults over 40 get almost half their calories from native foods, says Dewailly, and they don’t die of heart attacks at nearly the same rates as other Canadians or Americans. Their cardiac death rate is about half of ours, he says.

+A key difference in the typical Nunavik Inuit’s diet is that more than 50 percent of the calories in Inuit native foods come from fats. Much more important, the fats come from wild animals.

+Wild-animal fats are different from both farm-animal fats and processed fats, says Dewailly. Farm animals, cooped up and stuffed with agricultural grains (carbohydrates) typically have lots of solid, highly saturated fat.

+The word Inupiat means “the real people.” “That’s who we are,” says Cochran.

    Carbs kill!

    Cut the carbs.

Cut the grains. Livestock should be grass fed. Humans should not eat nearly as much grains.

  7. Your comments are childish, naive and irrelevant. You are clueless.

  8. Excellent. You do agree with the article that those "who gorge on fat and rarely see a vegetable are healthier than we are".

  10. KillTS, you can never be taken seriously because your responses to cold hard data that goes 'against' your viewpoint are always like those you just said above.

You may 'disagree' or 'ignore' the data but calling people names in their stead completely undermines your position.
