  2. Olives are not a vegetable?

I consume about 10 cups of chopped fresh vegetables daily. Is that what's making me an idiot? I've been acting strange lately. I'm thinking about cutting back if I'm going to end up like you. Or does eating bloody meat 3 times per day counteract some of the evil vegetable side effects?

  5. Tomatoes are a fruit, yet are used as a vegetable and are called a vegetable. Olives are mostly consumed in their green or vegetative state much like your logic, or actually, belief system, is in a vegetative state.

  10. FAT causes INFLAMMATION! Affects airways!

A High Fat Challenge Enhances Innate Immune Responses in Asthmatic Airways."
    L Wood, et al
Abstract 2474, Session C103, Tuesday, May 18, ATS 2010 International Conference.

Previous research shows that high fat diets stimulate the immune system, causing higher levels of inflammation markers in the blood. However, the researchers believe this is the first study to examine how a high fat meal may affect airway inflammation.

MEAT is full of FAT! Plants are LOW in fat! You do the math!
    :D

ps if "god" or evolution wants us to eat a meat diet (high fat diet)then why does meat create an inflammatory response and stimulate the immune system to struggle against the meat?
