  5. I don't think you'll find any real arguments saying that red meat is HEALTHIER than Salmon (especially wild salmon).

    But then again.....Salmon is from an ANIMAL....Mr "Vegetarian" :p

    Higher fruit consumption
    Higher vegetable consumption
    Higher fibre consumption

    i didn't see BEEF on the list

    I did not see BEEF on there. :D and not did not see the saturated fat.
