I don't think you'll find any real arguments saying that red meat is HEALTHIER than Salmon (especially wild salmon). But then again.....Salmon is from an ANIMAL....Mr "Vegetarian"

Hmm, you scrolled down to the factors (for) heart disease? I did not see BEEF on there. and not did not see the saturated fat.
