------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- No,killthesunshine, that is not "the point" NO ONE on the thread saying to eat ONLY saturated fat, or 100% diet of saturated fat. YOU say, ALL SATURATED FAT IS BAD, DO NOT EAT ANY SATURATED FAT. That is your conclusion. But the point (and science) say saturated fat is healthy for humans in the ratio with carbohydrates and protein. So Raskolnikov is right to say 50 60 years of breast milk argument is the bad argument you give. NO ONE is saying eat only saturated fat. People ARE SAYING some saturated fat is essential, healthy.
Oh really? Some saturated fat is essential? Essential nutrients have RDA's (Recommended Daily Requirement), What's the RDA for saturated fat? Should be easy to find (if it exists, which it don't) Dietary saturated fat is not only non-essential but unhealthy in ANY amount.
