what they mean is at the very most this is the amount of meat you can get away with w/o harming your health. eat any more there is QUANTITATIVE damage by their models. you do the math

Aren't you missing the point? Their models are only so sensitive but have detected a progressive trend that more beast consumption leads to greater disease and mortality. Lots is bad, Some is less bad, Less is better, None is best !
you say people can eat some meat without harming the body. If the body isn't being harmed (as you say), then no need to give it up altogether. Some is ok. Case closed.
