  1. You proclaimed that these oils were "baaaaad" but then the MAYO CLINIC said that people should make these a part of a HEALTHY diet.

    And you just said you'd "switch in a heartbeat" if you were proven otherwise.....YOU were proven otherwise. Not go to the store and get some olive and canola oils :p

    Funny thing, if you were so dead wrong about this fact...imagine what else you could be wrong about :eek:

  3. There is proof eating fatty fish like salmon 2 to 3 times a week is healthy.
    And almost endless positive studies supporting this and also supporting taking fish OIL.
    Are you going to eat fish now?

  4. What does fatty fish provide that a plant-based diet does not? Give me a good reason to add fatty fish to my diet.

  5. Excellent point, fatty fish like salmon and sablefish are very heart healthy. High fat....yet very healthy....hmmmm
