LOL again! Strangely enough you might find I have a very thorough knowledge and actually would enjoy a discussion rather than a dull confrontation. I have no idea how old you are but I'm in my 40's and have invested a fair amount of time in studying this and other topics along the same line. Again you might find if you have taken the time to do some in depth study in theology that the ideas are present although sometimes more abstract, nonetheless there. Along the same lines it's not history that ignores the material and concepts its the people studying them and for the most part their desire to get a good grade instead of studying to learn and grow from the material. I freely agree that some of that is ther result of education systems and the junk in junk out mentality, but that maybe where I benefited from parents who didn't let me get off that easy. Don't tell them that, I still let em think they were mean parents. Just kidding Again the point to me is that a person eventually finds the ideas and learns how to apply them in their life. I admit I'm still working at it, and I fall to the side of the road on occasion, but that is part of life also. Take care
You are kidding right?... the pains the church went to over the centuries to eradicate any reference to this knowledge is legion... and how helpful is the abstract for the ordinary man in the street worrying about putting food on the table?... there's a reason this knowledge is called occult, the literal meaning of the word is hidden... sure you can eke out a few pearls after you are aware of this knowledge, hindsight is always 20 20, but to suggest everyone but you is lazy or stupid is repugnant in the extreme, and yes, those smarmy elitist comments in your intial post suggest you indeed have a way to go regarding implementation
schools are now teaching hip hop at school just like if it waz a normal subject and u have to pass tests on britney and christina if u want to be be promoted.. no wonder kids are so bloody ignorant these days
Read into what I write as you will. If you knew me you'd realize I'm none of that, and about my only intolerance is for the type of person you say I am. No religion is perfect as no society is perfect. As I said it is a good thing if at some point people find the information, at some point in their life, and hopefully with the guidance of a good person. In my case my parents. For me the answers weren't simply found in one paper or thesis, but reading and learning from many sources. I gathered you also have spent quite a bit of time researching and therefrore also realize that one document isn't the grail of knowledge to a better life, and that was my point, not that I am superior or think that one religion or thought is the only correct one. I'll end here. Again, no offense was intended, and none should have been taken. If it was my reference to religion or education that offended you than so be it, it's not for everyone, and I fully understand.
r-in , do you really want to waste the most precious resource you possess arguing with a dogmatic mental masturbator ?
I just flipped through some pages of it, mostly bs. Lots of better books that do not cycle around the same ideas, but present examples. Theres too many ideas in that book and not enough real life examples. Napeleon hill actually had some good stuff. Key to success in anything is as follows: 1. persistence 2. innovation 3. experience 4. improvement 5. failure The few things I recieved from running many successful ventures is: 1. Its never too late 2. You can not make big money if you are like everyone else. 3. Success never comes at first try, more like the 78th try. 4. Never stop increasing your revenues / knowledge / income, Its a momentum thing, once you stop, you might never get it back. When the ball is rolling, push it harder. Its interesting because I was working with a couple of entrepeneurs in the same industry, we were all pulling in 7-10-20k-30k-50k+ a month. There are 2 kinds of people. 1.. We are making enough to live well have 2 cars explorer and a toyota, a nice 350k house, a dog , some kids. 10k pays the bills, Lets relax, all is good. 2. Its never enough. We need to make more, 10k? fuck that 20k, fuck that, 30k , fuck that , 50k a month. Its never enough. The difference between the two, is that Opportunties do not last forever. 1) after a few years of good living @ 10k a month, opportunity stopped , down to 8k , down to 7k , down to 5k , down to where income doesn't really pay expenses and living paycheck to paycheck. 2) Its never enough , 30k, ITs never enough 50k , Its never enough 100k , Its never enough 200k PER MONTH . Build up a fortune. You see wealth is made by persistance. There is no time to rest, there is no time to delay, There is never "enough" , Do not wait, Do not fuck around in life. Resting is only done when you have livable interest income 2M+. You either get on the money train and haul the whole train home, or you get off the train and sit with your 2 kids and a dog. Anytime you take a rest you will be forced off the train. This is a real story, The other guys are either struggling now because business is not where it was in 2001, and one other person filed bankruptcy . You know where I stand and where I am. This is how the game is played in all types of business including trading.
The lips of wisdom are sealed except to the ears of understanding... in other words... you are not ready for it And ps, Napoleon Hill got all his material from Haanel
Why am I not surprised that so many people who never wrote a thing in their lives... never changed another persons life with their words... or ever contributed anything to society except their negativity want to shoot down somebody who did
Hell, there is no harm in positive books on using your own innate resources. I have read some of them in the past and it can help clear the fog if things have started f**king you up. Truth is most people have to be told or have to read something positive to try to get themselves going. That get-the-f**k-out-of-my-way persistence, focus and sheer determination of the natural go-getter is confined to a very small minority who alone can make it as big successes. Sorry folks - that is the evolved human species. As for trading its a fools game for most. As most fail, unsurprisingly, it appears there are some who can scratch out some sort of living from trading. Trading offers the means for accumulating money .. big time; thats the only sane purpose it has. I sure as hell don't do it for a living. Its a fun thing too. But you have to do the problem solving work to build yourself an accurate trading model. That takes time. It seems almost no one who starts as an independent trader is willing to do that time before trying to make a dime.
