His name is Bill Still. great video, but, I think (i could be wrong) he is wrong about all central banks are privately owned, China, Russia and many formal, current communist countries are government owned banking systems, which didn't work as good as they would think. The root of evil is too big to fail. Bankers are afraid to fail, either it is privately owned or government owned, it really doesn't matter. Anyway, I loved all these references to financial hidden messages in The Wizard of Oz, very refreshing.
